Music

Imagine the Go-Go’s crashing a Pixies rehearsal and stealing the mic.

Three fast, frayed indie-rock songs about regret, rescue, and making a scene: bright female-fronted hooks, nerves underneath, dirty guitars everywhere, and bad decisions hiding around every corner. Just enough weird in the mix to keep things uneasy.

Lyrically, the songs carry a little Elvis Costello bite, Talking Heads-style social panic, Replacements bad-decision romance, and Pixies surrealism, with Jim Carroll watching over the beautiful mess.

Enjoy.
