Hook & Eye is an indie-rock recording project created by songwriter Mike McNally-Costello. Written for a female lead vocalist, the songs draw from power pop, alternative rock, and indie rock.

All In to Get Out is the project’s debut release: fast, frayed indie rock with jangly guitars, sharp hooks, badass basslines, and just enough weirdness to keep things uneasy.

For fans of Pixies, Blondie, The Lemonheads, Hole, The Beths, Momma, Charly Bliss, Ratboys, and Wet Leg.

The songwriting, arrangements, and production direction are in place. The current recordings are fully developed production demos intended as blueprints for newly recorded, professionally produced masters.

I’m seeking the right producer, female lead vocalist, and musicians to bring All In to Get Out to life as the professionally recorded debut from Hook & Eye.

The goals are to release the music commercially, pursue sync licensing and other industry opportunities, and explore building a lineup for live performance.
